Default e38 2 bar OS ve table help

truck is an 08 5.3
76mm turbo
comp 222/222 110lsa

only thing that has changed is injectors zr1 map and the addition of the turbo

I'm trying to run the 2.5 bar os for the e38 pcm

truck starts and runs for 3-4 seconds then dies. I put all the maf tables back to stock and plugged the maf back up an the truck idles just fine
so I think my problem lies in the ve tables. any one want to help me get a base ve table to get me started.
(I copied and past a 06 gto 6.0 ve table and pulled 10% from it) and iv even added and pulled 10-20- and even 30% from it and it still wont stay running

Do you know if it is lean or rich when it dies? Are you data logging it? Do you have a wide band in it? You probably need to log it to see what is happening when it dies to know why it quit. I'm not sure is the ZR1 a 2.5 bar MAP? You could log it with the key on, and the engine not running and it should show really close to 100 kPa. If your map is not reading correctly nothing else will work on a speed density tune.

Map is reading correctly, it reads 100 kpa key on engine off and goes to 30 at first fire them tappers to 100 as it dies,
It showing it dies right after the maf fails.
Here's what I have so far

Looking at the stoich, it ranges from 18 to 30? Shouldn't that be from 9 at 100% alcohol to 14.7 for 0% alcohol? Looks like the value is double what it should be in each cell.

I also noticed speed density air mode is not applied in the OS tab, should it be?

I've not heard of the 8 gs limit, but I can see you can only put up to 63 lbs/hr in for your injectors. My OS on my tuning can normally go up to 254 lbs/hr. I'm guessing this is what you mean by the 8 gs limit? So your injectors flow about 52lbs/hr at 3 bar fuel pressure or about 64 lbs/hr at 4 bar, but you cut it in half? Then double the stoich to account for that?

I've tuned mostly 3rd gen ecus. You VE table has numbers in it which I would consider crazy, normally I see numbers between 35 and about 110 in a VE table. they are percent values. What is with those really large numbers, obviously they are not percent. I was thinking the problem may be when it transitions from your "cranking VE" table to your "main VE table". based upon th time it dies. Your cranking is all set at 100, a very high number, but a number I can relate to. It seems you may be helping me learn more here than I'm helping you. I'm just trying to be a second set of eyes to see something you might have missed.

I'm also curious about the SD mode under os tab.
The injectors flow 60 lb hr at 45lb. I used the calculator that came with the injector spread sheet to halve the numbers.
And yea, my pcm is cursed withbtheb63 lb hr limit. Half the ifr, halve ivt table, and double stoich
I'm also used to the old gen 3 pcm just like you
I've got a few tips to try later when I get off work. Well see what happens
