SES light - it's baaaaaack
ok now I have a code 161 - Heater Circuit 02 Sensor Bank 2 Malfunction (or something like that). I've done some searches and seen that it either means I have an exhaust leak or I "fried" a sensor. Assuming I fried it:
What needs to be done to fix it? Not that I'm going to fix it myself - but I like to bring it to the shop with some basic theories so I know if the guy knows what he is talking about when he tells me what he thinks is wrong.....
oh and one more thing - is it hurting my performance any or is this just an emmissions thing?

If the O2's have a lot of miles on them they're probably due for a change. If you run a good bit of N2O and/or race gas they'll die in a hurry. Also, if you've recently installed headers or something, check to make sure no O2 sensor wires are melted or burnt.
More than likely you just need a new set. I heard you can order the new
"lead resistant" O2's from Denso for like 50 bucks a piece. Stockers are about 70.
