Please help me fix these codes

Please help me fix these codes I recently did a few mods on my 02 SS and am now getting some codes. First I added my new C6Z wheels with OEM C6Z tire sizes. About a week and a half later I added a LID and did a home port on my TB. Other than those mods and a Flowmaster CB the motor is stock with only about 41,500 or so miles on the car. I've ported several TB's and I've never had a problem and I'm pretty sure I did a pretty good job porting it. I didn't start getting any codes until about 4 days after I added my LID and ported TB. At the same time I got a SES light my ASR also start turning off by itself when I cut the car on and it won't allow me to turn it back on.
My scan tool is giving me 6 codes. (2 of them twice):
- C0240 - TRACTION CONTROL NOT ALLOWED
- C0237 - THROTTLE POSITION SIGNAL MALFUNCTION
- P0122 - THROTTLE/PETAL POSITION SENSOR A CIRCUIT LOW INPUT (code thrown twice)
- P1122 - THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR CIRCUIT INTERMITTENT LOW
I can clear the codes other than the TC codes but they come back the second time I start the car after clearing them.
Any idea's? I would think the TC problems would be a result of my staggered and larger than OEM tires but I ran them for almost 2 weeks before getting a TC problem. I don't really drive with the TC on but I also don't want the malfunction either. I'm guessing the TPS issue is a result of the TB port but I never took it of and cleaned everything off really good with compressed air before I reinstalled the TB. Can porting the TB change the volts it's seeing?
