Default Turbo lq4 ignition timing

Hey everyone I'm building a lq4 6.0 motor. It has ported 317 heads, cammotion stage1turbo cam ls2 lifters, pac springs, holley single plane intake, fi tech 1200hp system. Walbro 400 pump. Stock bottom end. S400 turbo limited to 8psi. Msd 60143 ignition box. This is my first time tuning this setup and would like to know what a good and safe ignition curve would be. Using the map timing table. Any input would be appreciated thank you.

you might ask in the forced induction section, I think there are a couple guys running blow thru carbs and msd boxes

maybe also ask the carbed section.

sorry I know thats not much help. my motor is cammed similar to yours and it likes to idle at about 22* and when i'm in boost its around 12* and more at part throttle of course

i have access to AV fuel so most likely i will be running that at the track and pump fuel on the street.

start at 15* at fullboost and work your way up referencing MPH at the track.

Find a way to verify your timing if possible, before using anyone's advice. Subeone gave a very reasonable idea, but only if you are actually getting the timing you think from the MSD. Their is a recently revived thread from many years ago that reminded me of something. I have seen aftermarket controller base tune files for ls1 motors that roughly correspond with what you would expect from an SB1 timing curve. These would be extremely high values for an LS1 if they are accurate, which I have no idea if they are. Mechanical verification of your electronic settings makes for peace of mind.
