Default REP p1514

04 silverado 4.8 ls9 cam210 lb injectors 28# p59

keep getting REP after going to 28 # was fine at 23-24 #, anyone ever had any similar issues? all delta airflow tables have been maxed. even the code has been set to no error reported, still throws the code after a hard pull.

Any ideas?

I'm thinking even though the p1514 error table is maxed, im hitting the pcm hard coded limit.
Going to try to halve the IFR and the VE to trick the pcm into thinking theres less airflow going in than expected, but thought i'd ask first if anyone has encountered this issue. Hardly do anything high power with a electronic TB in a p01 style pcm.

Thanks.

fixed the issue by scaling the injectors, VE table, future reference for other people who get this issue with hitting the airflow limit.

multiplied the IFR by .75, the VE table by .75 and transferred the spark table up 3 rows each

Pretty common problem we run into on older boosted ls1's once you get up in the hp, mostly C5's but can happen on any of the DBW LS1 pcm's.
