cam swap, driving while un-tuned?

cam swap, driving while un-tuned? Ok guys, so my buddy and I did a cam swap in his truck. Cam is a Comp Cams XR265 low lift. Currently his tuner is about 150 miles away, would it be safe to say he can drive there without any issues being un tuned for that cam?
He has had is truck tuned by this guy before, for headers and AFM/DOD delete if that matters any.

No the truck will explode before you even go 10 miles.

Seriously that is a small cam. it will be fine driving it 150 miles. Just drive it sensibly.
