AutoVE with 160 deg stat

AutoVE with 160 deg stat Hello,
Doing autove with efilive and have noticed i may have a 160 deg f stat as my coolant temps hover around 70 deg C. Will doing auto ve still be ok as it references commanded fuel when doing BEN adjustments? I know in the tutorial it changes afr to 14.63 from the ranges 80 deg c to 100 deg c. I will want to change stat on next opportunity to 180 deg f but still hoping i can do autove for now. Also how in the hell do you get any of those hard to reach 4000rpm cells, let revs come up and hang there? Dont want to damage engine.
