Default Should these 2 codes be disabled? U0121 u0140

Have a 2008 l92/6l80e combo I'm doing a conversion with. Engine runs fine but trans is inoperable in any gear. Have 3 codes showing up.
P2534
U0121
U0140
I know what is causing the p2534, and know how to fix it.
But what about the other 2?
U0121 is loss of communication with abs and the u0140 is loss of communication with bcm.
The engine trans harness and ecm (e38) came from a salvage yard that bench tuned the ecm. They are telling me these 2 codes would not cause the trans to be inoperable.
Can these 2 codes be disabled?
Should they be disabled?
Would they be the cause of the trans problem?

I don't think either of the U-codes would cause the tranny limp mode. Check you DBW pedal connections, a bad one will cause the trans to go into limp mode. You can also try unplugging and reseating the transmission electrical plug.

Another possibility: https://forum.efilive.com/showthread...n-engine-swaps

You need to disable every U code for all modules not present in the Bus.
If the TCM is installed don't disable it but delete everything else not in use.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. After checking the trans plug, Throttle pedal and connections, it turned out to be something simple. The salvage yard removed the trans filter and bolted the pan back on. So the trans was not getting fluid into the pump to circulate through the trans, therefore no response from the trans. I now have the trans shifting through all the gears on the hoist.
I will need to address the I codes yet. Either have to send the ecm back and have them do it or I will need to pull the trigger and buy my own HPtuners software. Thanks for the help!
