Default SES light activated after tuning

i scanned my car and came up with:
P0121 Tp sensor circuit insuffiencient
P0175 Fuel trim system rich bank 2
P0300 misfire detected
133 HO2S slow response bank 1 sensor 1
153 HO2S slow response bank 2 sensor 1

is this all as a result from bad oxygen sensors? If not then what could it be and how do i fix the problem?
i have HP tuner and have been messing around with it. my cam is advanced 2 degrees then ltft's are cut down for the reading to be neg at idle so the system rich code seems to result to o2 sensor. i have raised the idle and messed with the decay to get the thing to idle smooth.

mods are:
slp lid, cold air intake, smooth bellows, slp maf, k&N filter, p&p tb, jet hot LT, 3in Y magnaflow muffler, 231/237 lunati cam w/ package.

thanks,

Garrett

when did the codes appear? the O2 codes are probably from the headers, the missfire from the cam,

i advanced the time in high and low octane 2 degrees, i raised the idle rpm, and increaced the decay values, cut the ltft by 95% and i think that is besides raising the speed limiter and increasing the max rpms and taking off all the emissions codes for the AIR system.

the only thing I am not sure of the effect is the decay rate. You might want to just put the orginal tuneup in and see if it all clears then you know if it is something you loaded or not.
