P1516 any ideas
P1516 any ideas So to start off, I searched and just couldn't find many answers or people following up with their solved issues.
So, 2005 cts-v just popped a p1516.
Mods I just did, ported 243s, cam, fast 102 with gm 90mm tb and a wiring harness for it(yes it's the correct throttle body, made sure I got correct part number) and to end I got mail order tune to be drive able to tuning shop.
Here's the thing, I had no code before I just did my clutch swap! Drove it for about 1 month on and off for it to learn some of the tune. Had a terrible slipping clutch the entire time. Never close to beat on it. Just drove for a few miles on the tune. Finally chose to do my ls7 clutch swap. Wrapped it up last night and took it for a spin to check clutch etc. Drove fine around the block, about 1 mile total and then soon as I got home, reduced engine power while idling. Checked code, p1516. Cleared it and fired it up today to let idle again, p1516 after a minute or so of running.
Confused what could have changed from the clutch swap, or if I'm just having bad luck and the tb is taking a dump? Is there anything I should check? I'll go over the stock harness to start but after that I'm not sure what to look for. Do you have to replace the tb? Or can you take these apart and replace internal pieces? Thanks for any help!

Ok. Well nevermind. Figured it out. I had drilled a hole in my tb blade for idling issues and I guess the circular blade can be put in upside down. I noticed it sticking. Flipped it and it does not stick anymore.
