Hypertech superchips or diablo? Hello, I am looking to do minor things, basically lower my fan on/off temps. What is the most inexpensive tuner to do this with and would it affect my car passing an OBD2 emission test in New York? The car is fully street legal and I want to keep it that way. It addition if I didn't want to get a programmer for a performance tune for a novice, which one is best? thanks!
