Default Speedo reading double in scanner

I have a 5.3/4L80E swap that runs great but isn't shifting correctly and I'm sure it's because the scanner is reading double the speed. It shifts 1st to 3rd pretty quickly then downshifts to first and pulls great after that. I've searched but can't find the answer anywhere. I've tuned a few cars but never a trans and this has me stumped a bit. What am I missing? Tune and log attached, thanks.

Figure I would update the fix for this in case it happens to anyone else. The segment swap that I used has a value of 7,813 for pulses per mile that didn't populate the file I swapped to. I simply changed that value and everything is working perfect.
