So here's my situation, I've got a '96 BMW M3 swapped with a LSx/T56. The wiring harness is from Chase bay's, it's untuned at this point it's in an open loop setup right now but not running 02 sensors. It runs pretty well, not caughing or sputtering, idling at about 830rpm. My gauges arent reading correctly ie: tach, temp. I'm throwing these two codes, P0122 TP Sensor Circuit Low Voltage and P1635 5 Volt ref 1 circuit malfunction. The car drives, but as soon as I get about 100yrds down the road, and give it maybe 20% throttle it shuts down. I still have power but it won't refire. I have to clear the codes with my diagnostic reader and then it will fire back up. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

You need to verify the wiring from the TPS sensor back to the ECM. Call Chasebays and get their wire colors and pin position at the TPS and at the PCM. Possibly the black and gray wires are flipped?
