Hyper tech power programmer 3 with ECM clear settings? I have an ECM that came out of a 1994 impala. I also have the Hypertech power programmer 3 that goes with the ECM. I don't know if the programmer was cleared. Can someone use the original ECM to clear the programmer then switch back to theirs? then us the programmer on their car?
