98 z28 tuning Ok I'm sure it's been covered is there a tuner for a 98 a.c. that will work for custom tuning or do I have to get a 99 I'm and re pin it if so where is the write-up thanks new to ls1

As i own a 98 engine and have the pcm fried before, My advice to You is that just do a 411 swap if funds available. It was my first pcm swap so it took a little effort but I am so happy that I did it. And the car runs amazing.

I have 2 98 cars. both are cammed. one is a TS 228R112 (with 125 wet kit) and the other is a Howard's cams 224/230. both cars run great. I tuned with my HpTuners. That being said, I just put a 76mm turbo on the old nitrous car. I am now re-pinning it for a 0411 so I can do real time tuning.
