ECU closed/open loop issues

ECU closed/open loop issues Hey guys, not sure if anyone's has come e across this problems before but my lsx (2004 4.8 swapped datsun) runs great most the time but I've noticed an occasional issues it has with going into open loop for no foreseeable reason. I do not have hp tuners, just an obd2 Bluetooth and torque app. I have an independent wideband setup
Events
1: driving around normal for about 15 minutes
2: ECU goes into what looks to be open loop (maybe even PE as the a/f goes to about 13:1 usually) the fuel trims stops working, I think they defaults back to 0% correction but I'm not sure. Both narrowband 02's read correctly and I can cycle them with decel fuel cut.
3: after about a minute it goes back to normal. Restarting mid issue does not seem to correct it
I have no idea what might cause this. My coolant temp is still reading 192. All cylinders seem to be firing like normal. No cel's.
Anyone have any ideas where I could start looking?
