Default Big Problem

The shop finally got my LQ-9 6.0 put in my old truck that had a 5.3 and I think they pinched a wire ....... The speedometer stays pegged out.
They are trying to find the problem, has anybody here seen this happen.

I may have posted this in the wrong spot as there are 122 views, and no comments.

I googled the problem and it seems this has happened before and it just needs to be driven at highway speeds to reset it.

The shop can't drive it yet as the interior is out being cleaned ..... maybe after we test drive it, it will reset back to normal
