Default Throttle/Pedal position sensor/switch

I have a 2009 6.2 L9H from a Yukon Denali, Vin 1GKFK03289R229685. It was put on engine stand and harness and ECU sent to Speartech asking emissions to be removed, 2nd O2 sensors, etc. leave VVT, only mod headers. I tied battery and ignition wires together, hookup an OTC 7448A canister w 91 octane non ethanol fuel @ 58 psi, connect wires to battery, w/o tranny. Fires right up for 2-3 secs then dies. Repeated several times. Buy Bosch 1050 scanner which shows P0122, P0223,P2122, and P2127 codes. Also had purchased new pedal from Speartech. Called and they said check fuel pressure, disconnect O2 sensors. Still nothing. Any advice would be helpful as this is my first LS.

AIRC, the pedal codes will block throttle movement, but engine will idle.
The 2-3 sec run time, then shut down, sounds like VATS is still active.
How are you keying the start? The key must be hot in start and run. It may start, then when key is released, die, if run side is not hot.

Thank you for the reply. The engine is on a stand and i have ignition and battery 12v tied straight to the battery. It will fire right up then shut off. Local race shop owner said he checked with his tuner software and he said VAT was removed. I spoke to Justin at Spearteck and he said send it back for possible determination. Thanks again for your reply.
