Tune needs help (AGAIN)

Tune needs help (AGAIN) So recently I was taking the car for a drive as it just came together... The car wouldn't idle at all but would run fine through boost and pulled fine through 5Krpm. With the help of a member on here, he pointed out that my MAP was only reading 10KPA from start to finish.
I found a bad pin on the MAP sensor and got it to register the correct MAP reading, and now the car idles perfectly. However, now the car sputters and falls on its face at 4Krpm... The fuel trims go crazy and I'm just not sure what would cause this...
So before I start messing with the VE table or any other parameters, I wanted to seek some opinions and advice on the matter.
Its just odd that before while only in 10KPA it pulled fine, then now that the MAP if fixed it falls on its face at 4K under a load??

in the log, there not a point where it is under a load.
Second, your bank 2 LTFT is very high. possible exhaust leak near the o2?
You are not logging 3 bar map, just regular map.
You are not going into power enrichment.
