Default Wideband location question

So this is my hood exit exhaust from my turbo car. What does everybody think about putting the wideband in there? Will it cause it to have incorrect readings at lower rpm's? It will be a pain to put it in the y pipe cause there is like no room since this motor is swapped into my 240sx. I want accurate readings though.the pipe is somewhere around 14 inches before it starts to open up.

That being the case, I would get the wideband as far away from the open end as absolutely possible, while still getting an accurate sample.
