LS1 Fans HIGH only setting help
LS1 Fans HIGH only setting help Dear Members,
We are putting LS1 fans on a carbureted vehicle. Want to skip the switches all together and run HIGH speed by having one constantly running through ignition and the second one come on with the AC. i understand the LS1 fans have two wires, one for high speed, one for low speed and no ground, how should we wire them with no ground? As mentioned, just want them on HIGH.

Any fan is going to have to have +12V on one terminal and a ground on the other terminal to run at high speed. Don't know why you think that LS1 fans don't have a ground. They do. The 2 trigger wires for low speed and high speed just just configure 3 relays in a circuit to either connect the fans in a series circuit or parallel circuit with +12V and ground.
