PCM choices for Drive by Cable

PCM choices for Drive by Cable HPTuners support said to ask on a forum and you guys would have some suggestions. Brand new to this so I will try to give the needed info.
Doing an LS swap into a 2003 S10 blazer. I'm using the 6.0 and 4L80E from a 2003 express van plus tossing on a small turbo for fun. I have blended the harnesses together so everything works as it should (gauges, a/c, etc). I really need the custom 2bar SD OS but hpt support says it's not supported. The kicker might be because the van was a dual fuel setup (gas/lpg) so it has a P59A pcm.
Is there a pcm that would support the custom OS and be Drive by cable and also nice if it was flex fuel capable? I have the pcm from the Blazer but not sure if that's a good option?

Or if you have any intention on doing Flex Fuel,E85, get the newer like 05 van ecm. What plugs are on your ecm now? Blue/Red or Blue/Green? Either way, not a big deal to change over.
