LS4 ecm/harness

The car is a 2006 Grand Prix GXP so I believe it is a 24x motor.

Can this ecm be tuned for a stand alone and is the any reason why the harness couldn't be re worked either? Also, is there anyway to keep the aftermarket command start?

Would I be better off just getting a "proper" ecm? I noticed that this ecm has 3 plugs, blue/black/grey.

Yes it can be run stand alone with the oe controller (E40 ). You will need the bcm or aftermarket bits if you want command start. Steve

Not worth it to me too many extra wires lol. Was hoping it tied into just the ecm. Excellent news.

So it turns that this is an E40 ecm, so 05/06 Corvette, gto, tbss and grand Prix GXP as well.
