No 2nd gear in 4L60

No 2nd gear in 4L60 I have a friend who has a '00 SS and it's throwing the codes P0141, P0430, and P0758. The P0758 code says "Shift solenoid B electrical" so we replaced both A and B solenoids as well as the filter and fluid but there's still no 2nd gear. All other shifts do fine but there's simply no 2nd gear. The car won't even try to go into 2nd. Anyone know the problem/solution? Thanks.

You say all other gears are fine. That means 4th is there, so the 2/4 band is good. For second gear you also need the forward clutch and forward sprag. The forward clutch and sprag are also used in 1st/3rd gears so they are fine. It does not seem like a total mechanical failure is very likely to me. Since 1st and 3rd are strong, I would look into the band first.
The easy things to check are the endplay at the servo and seals in the servo as well. If it has a rolled seal or if it has gotten cut, your pressure will bleed past the piston and not let you apply the band.
If there is too much endplay, 2nd almost always slips before 4th so you may be fixing a 4th gear issue as well before it even shows its ugly head.
