Lean on launch transient

Lean on launch transient The car is a 00 Camaro SS with a LQ9,823 heads, LS3 intake/injectors, 90mm TB, full exhaust, 4K stall converter and every time a launch at the track, I get a lean spike while the car is still in CL fueling and then my AFR is fine once I'm in OL. The car seems to switch the OL fueling right about 3700-4000rpm and I can't see to figure out how to either enter OL fueling earlier or get the transition from CL to OL no to have a lean spike. I typically brake stall the car to about 2800rpm and then WOT stab on the launch. Attached is a data log, my tune, and my HPtuners config. Any help is greatly appreciated.
