bin file sharing?

bin file sharing? I read a while back that someone was going to try to set up some kind of site where bin files could be viewde and shared. Has anything like this come about? I just got HP Tuners and I have absolutely no idea how it works 
(my first experience w/ efi). Any help that I can get would be appreciated and I think if I get to see some other examples of stuff that has worked out for others it may accelerate my learning curve. Thanks to all in advance
