I'll turn on the other o2's in my scanner but I know they aren't swapped.

Thanks to your response I think I figured it out. Looks like the person who had this PCM & Harness before me (I just replaced them), repinned the rear connectors for the front connectors so by having them plugged into the right spot they aren't reporting lol.

Great find. Way to stick with it. It should run much snappier with them functioning.

So I moved the sensors to the back and the readings are now working right. It's odd, I am the one who put headers on it so I'm not sure why the original owner would've moved the pins or if he even knew. Car has probably been like this for years. Thanks for HPTuners lol.
