4L60e to 4L80e conversion tuning

4L60e to 4L80e conversion tuning I have a built LQ9 and controller from an Escalade swapped into my Chevelle. I'm good with computers and I own EFIlife with V2, but so far I have always had professionals tune my vehicles.
I swapped out my TH400 for a 4L80e, and my tuner lives 3.5 hours away, so I'd like to make sure the transmission runs and drives without leaks before I haul it to him for final tuning.
He has it running on a speed density tune right now, and the tune file still shows a 4l60e. Can I modify his tune to run with a 4l80e for test drive? Is it as easy as a segment swap, or does it need a whole new tune or maybe operating system? My goal is to do as much as I can so all he has to do is final dyno tune and done.
