No throttle response

No throttle response Hi all, I just swapped the internal and external harnesses on my 4l80e because the o ring on the connector deteriorated and flooded the connector with tranny fluid.
Now the engine has zero throttle response .The tranny will shift into gear and move but it does nothing when I give it gas .I'm assuming that maybe some of the wires I crimped together may not have a good connection? I was going to redo the 11 wires from the connector but solder them this time instead of crimping.
Am I on the right path? Can any of the wires on the 4l80e stop throttle respone or is my TPS sensor busted and it just happened by coincidence? I have a scanner on the way right now so I can't check codes at the moment .
