Ls2 idle problem.

Ls2 idle problem. Hi it's my first thread here and I am from Sweden so do not expect an awesome spelling or meanings Haha
I have ls2 swapped my BMW. The problem is car seems to shut down all 4 cylinders and no hrottlebody responding or so. It shuts down the ECU I think. But the other 4 cylinders are still on. It happenes after 30 seconds from start.
when I hold my foot on the pedal about 1200rpm and over car works great. But If i let the pedal go it will just run on 4 pistons after a few seconds. Disconnected the pedal wire to test it does the same thing.
