LS1 vs LT1 (24x swap) Tuning differences
Lets talk about tuning the LT1 (with a 24x conversion type setup).
I know there are a few unique gotcha's with the LT1. The first one I know of is our vacuum referenced fuel pressure regulator, so we essentially make our injector flow rate and injector voltage offsets flat across all the MAP ranges.
But are there any other LT1 specific areas to watch out for? What about injector timing? Is it advisable to run LS1 EOIT, or better to run that from a L31 (similar head design to the LT1) out of a van?
