P0108 / P0300 randomness

P0108 / P0300 randomness Regarding the P0108
It started only after I forgot to connect the wiring to the map sensor about year ago and drove the car (lightly to body shop). I plugged it back in and have now had the code set once a blue moon..
The P0300 is stating aftermarket alarm is interfering withe the pcm. I have NO aftermarket alarm at all and is just the the factory keyless entry. This has happened now on the last three starts I have done.
Would the MAP sensor cause both of these codes? I have zero problems otherwise with the car.
I do have cam, stall, and blower installed however car is tuned.
