I can’t see rhe tune since I’m on my phone but are you confident the wiring is good. Technically since you have a truck harness and should be using a Fbody operating system are you positive the Yukon pins and Fbody pins match and the tps is the only difference? I would email the tuner and ask if he did a write entire with a Fbody operating system. Sounds like your still on the Yukon operating system or the pins aren’t where they’re suppose to be.

Ive checked the wiring on it multiple times and its fine i backtraced grounds and volatge with a voltage reader and all checked out fine also i colmpleteley tore the harness apart and started from scratch wiring each pin individually taking great care to not mix them up. as far as the tune i cannot contact jessie from wait4me he doesnnt respond to his emails or answers the phone but from what i can tell from my limited knowledge is that im using a gmt-610 format and the etc is set to 0 its also set to a 5.3 OHV on engine not too sure why since im using a 6.0 but again im still new to tuning.

isn’t that 03 and up which is drive by wire. I would attempt a write entire with a Fbody operating system or a 99-02 truck. I’m in no way a expert but If your still on a dbw operating system I don’t see anyway tps can work.

Are you absolutely sure that the throttle body is actually opening fully? I accidently had this happen once, the cable got caught and though my foot was down, it was opening like half way causing it to just stop revving, it would just fall on its face, felt like a soft rev limiter. This happened on my third gen. I again had this happen on my ls1 when the cable wasnt properly adjusted and i was getting 80% pedal down.

The way you describe it, like your putting the pedal down and it sounds like its just loading up and wanting to die DOES sound like a tps issue though.

absolutely certain Ive pulled off the filter for one quick pull to see if it was actuallly moving properly and it is i also accelerated from the butterfly itself so the TB in itself seems fine

just to update on this thread the issue is fixed and as suspected it was a bad tune. The ETC had not been disabled on the tune, so i bought an MPVI2 and fixed it myself i will be talking to Jessie at Wait4me about why he lied to me about fixing my issue but thats a separate matter. Also to anyone thinking about doing business with him i would recommend just avoiding him like the plague.
