I have seen knock sensor problems persist after replacing both sensors and the harness. Once the ECM was replaced the codes went away.
Another option is to zero out the spark retard and set the codes to No Error Reported. Set your timing tables correctly to prevent detonation and you will probably have better performance and economy than with knock sensors enabled.
