Codes After Head and Intake Swap

Codes After Head and Intake Swap Just finished a head and intake swap on my previously cam only 00 T/A. On top of a Torquer 2 cam I added a fast 92/92 intake and TB, and a set of PRC 225 as cast heads. I've got a few codes I'm curious about:
P0332- OBD II P0332 Knock Sensor #2 - Circuit Low Input (Single Sensor or Bank 2)
p0108- Manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor/barometric pressure (BARO) sensor -high input
P0121- Throttle Pedal Position Sensor/Switch (TPS) A Circuit Range Performance Problem
I've yet to dig into these, but I'm curious if these are codes that could be attributed to the new TB/Intake/Heads being added that would be smoothed out once it's tuned, or if I have more issues to iron out before I take it to a tuner?
