Hi All,
Im starting up a Jeep swap I did for myself stock 2002 5.3 PSI harness reb/blue PCM
issue i am having is my fuel pump relay will only stay on during cranking than a few seconds after moving key to run
the relay shuts off.
I unplugged the red and blue PCM plugs and everything is working correctly.
I also checked plugs for spark and all is good with that
Not sure if my guy that reprogrammed my PCM and deleted VATs etc missed something that might cause this to happen.
I can go to his shop tommarrow and ask if no one here has any input

Hello,

Yes, I'd be concerned about VATS if I was you. Here is what was done to the PCM to get mine to run:

Tune Changes:
Startup and at temp Idle Raised 100 rpm
PE Delay set to zero
Cat Overtemp Disabled
All EVAP, EGR, Fuel Sender, and Rear O2 codes deleted
Speedo and shift points corrected for current tire/gear
Max line psi disabled in case of MAF failure
VATS turned off no relearn necessary
Fans Activated
