I started making up my own words when dealing with that program especially after having to send them 200 to add a new PCM with the same VIN

I was unfortunate and had to purchase my edit before tuners came out. Even then I still wasnt gonna switch over until edit cooked 2 pcms of mine and I had to keep sending carputing 200 to add the next pcm. By the second PCM dying i said f it and just sold to cable for way less than i paid for it and added the extra 100 which i would (200*2 for two licensed PCM and 100+ for the balance) and bought Tuners. I havent looked back since and dont regret eating some cost for the bullshit i had to put up with

Hmm, I just read in another thread that the knock sensitivity parameters aren't in HPTuners, at least in the '98's. So what else is different?

I might be able to help in recovery of the LS1Edit PCM crashes.

I can force flash the entire OS and CAL with my tech2 and SPS. Someone in DFW found my website and I successfully fixed his crashed PCM.

$50 which includes priority mail shipping back to you with tracking.

I do not tune LS1 PCM's with my HPTuners, but i do have the pro version.

I need your VIN and damaged PCM. Paypal is accepted.

OK, I got a better idea on the price.

Its FREE to try and you only pay the shipping to me, and shipping back to you.

Most PCM's ship for $12 priority mail with tracking. So this is all I ask in funds to see how many I can successfully recover.

I was just on HPTuners web site and I am definately going to go this route. Thanks to all who chimed in! Great Thread for info. Unfortunately I will have to foot the bill on my own as I think that I have the only '02 Fbody in my area!

Not quite BFE, but you can see it from here!
