Electical problem or pcm problem or both?
Electical problem or pcm problem or both? Something is draining my battery. After the car sits for 2 days the battery is completely dead. I'll start by unhooking my TNT power source, but any other suggestions? I thought the problem was just my battery so I replaced it with a new battery and does the same thing.
Also when I start the car, the gauges flash to the max, then go to 0 readings, then up to the actual reading. Any idea what causes that? Usually only does that when the car sits overnight. Any thoughts?

Disconnect a battery cable (either one) and hook up an ampmeter in series between the battery and the cable. Anything under .5 amps is an acceptable draw. If you read over that disconnect fuses and branch off circuits to try and isolate the draw. I doubt that its the PCM (extremely rare), good luck.
