Help with autotap V2.05 for windows please. I just downloaded Autotap for windows version 2.05, I used to have version 2.05 for dos so i'm still using the original AT1 cable. Problem is I keep getting a no cummunication error-until I unplug the connector from the back of the laptop and re-install it. Then it works for a bit and then comes back with a message that it lost communication. It ask me to retry and i do but it never works. So then i have to shot down autotap and start all over again. I still get the no communication error until I unplug and replug it back to the laptop. The cable has to be fine because i have no problem loading or unloading files with edit. Can anyone help me out here-thanks!

I've had the best luck with previous versions of ATAP. It seems I had a similar problem with the current version, but not quite as bad as yours. Sometimes it was difficult to get it to connect
