Newbie LS with standalone computer mod will only run with fuel sprayed in intake . Have 60 psi fuel pressure. Noid light will pulse once and engine pops then noid light fades. Better noid pulse with tps unplugged. Help

Has the Vehicle Anti Theft System (VATS) inside the PCM been flashed to turn VATS off? Sure sounds like VATS is trying to keep somebody from stealing your vehicle . . . needs to be turned off inside the PCM.
