Crazy ´99 Z/28 ....or maybe its me 
I have a ´99 Z/28 with 4L60e, I also have a LS6 from a 2002 Camaro with manual transmission. This motor was tested in a bench to make sure anything was ok, and it was. So I pulled the stock LS1 from the ´99 and swapped in the LS6 with the matching ecu. In hp-tuner we changed from manual to 4L60e.
But the car will not idle, so we accidenally found out that, if we change the settings to manual -it idles like a dream. -What am i missing here?
