rough idle and poor performance past 2nd gear

halve your idle overspeed correction table (multiply by 0.5) then manually copy those values into the underspeed table but make them positive numbers. meaning the overspeed and underspeed spark correction will add or subtract equal amounts of timing for any giver RPM error value.
disable and max out drivetrain abuse in engine torque management.
remove your PE delay.
use a wideband to confirm its not running too rich drowning it at WOT or too lean making no torque. that cam isn't overly large nor is the compression super high. it should be quite streetable.
