Update, my buddy ordered a used cluster and everything is back the way it was. still showing --- on odometer.

Man this is kicking our butts!

If the BCM can only be flashed once, then how do you get the correct mileage from it to sync to the new cluster?

We put new bcm in and flashed the mileage into it.
