Default TPS Low Voltage error, PCM issue?

Hello everyone, been trying to trouble shoot this issue for a bit. I've been having a high hanging idle between 2500 and 3500 that'll dip back to 1/1.25 a few seconds after stop.

I know a lot of yall are already thinking vacuum leak but I cant find one any where. When i run a diag I get p0122 low tps voltage. Checked TPS with multimeter and it's right where its supposed to be, just not reading through PCM Diag.

Has anyone had any issues with something like this? Could this be causing my issue? Running a FAST 92mm intake with a new Sniper EFI TB, new IAC and several new TPS modules have been tried in effort to fix this issue.

I haven't pulled the intake to check the gaskets, but the carb cleaner test finds nothing. I've heard some of the older versions of this intake have disks that would blow under high pressure, designed for use w nitrous, forget what they were called, but maybe I popped one of those disks? Don't think so but if no one has any ideas I'll pull it and inspect.

All help, ideas, and opinions very much appreciated.

Thanks,
Metu
