Default Hot wire 2003 lm7

Bought a parts truck trying to jump start the truck to see if the engine would start. Most ecu fuse have power. But cannt get the trottle to repsond. Going to remove vats from the ecu. Key is not working to crank it.

Definitely delete VATS and after that, only four wires need power. 1 - Make sure the fuel pump can provide 58 PSI before cranking and while running. 2 - PCM Keep Alive Power needs full time 12 volts. 3 - PCM Full Time Power needs it before start up and during running.

4 - After that, make sure its in neutral and give the starter solenoid some high amperage 12 volt power and I bet it'll start.

Default Got it

I started checking the pins for 12v. All head it. Then i notice none of the grounds were working. Put my hand behind the intake and notice the ground was cut. I would have never thought that a bad ground to the ecu wouldnt let it crank over.
