Default MAP Sensor Issues/Readings

Hi Guys, Just looking for some insight and advice for a problem Im having after switching over to 2 Bar SD OS.

I Purchased a On3 Performance clip style 2 bar map for my ls1 intake setup. When plugged in it reads 105kpa at all times and unplugged stays at 10kpa, and the car wont run plugged in because its so rich, as soon as I unplug it it fires right up and idles. (linear is at 200, offset is 8). Any advice or tips would help point me in the right direction.

Thanks!

Atmospheric pressure at sea level is 101kpa so that's likely why you're getting the 105kpa reading when it's plugged in and not running or are you saying it's at 105kpa while running?

Are you using HPTuners?

Sorry should have been a little more clear. Yes, its just staying at 105kpa once I fire it up I have to give it about 25% throttle to keep it running and runs really rich throwing out black smoke (while sitting at 105kpa). If I unplug it, it reads 10kpa and will idle on its own, just lean.

I am using HP Tuners.
