O2 Simms Necessary for ODBII Inspections
I have three tests left: EVAP, O2 Heater and Catalyst.
Can you really get the O2 stuff to pass with no rear O2's or simulators? If so how do you do it? Is there a list of codes or something.
I have FLP's with no rear bung so putting the rear O2's back in isn't going to happen. If I had to buy simms again (I sold them thinking I didn't need them with edit) then so be it but if there is a way around it that is preferred.
Also, do you really need to have a cat there to make it pass any of these tests. Seems like the people around here are so damn concerned with the ODBII testing they have all forgot to look under the car
Thanks for any help on this one. - j5
If you ls1edit out the codes then when they scan for problem codes the codes that were edited out are blocked out so they won't set off the SES light. They won't ever know that you have done anything unless they look.
