Default Bank 1 problems

So I have a lq4 turbo swapped car. Car was running great at the end of last year until it developed a bearing knock. Over the winter I pulled the motor and I just got around to putting it back together and tossing it back in the car. Well the car idles great with good air/fuel. But once I take it up the road it’ll start to spit and sputter like it’s running out of fuel. It’ll go lean and sound like it’s underwater. If I let it run for a little bit it’ll clear up and idle great and not have a miss. It’s got an aem 380 pump. I checked the fuel filter, it’s fine. I pulled plugs. Bank 1(cylinders 1,3,5,7) have almost oily or gas fouled plugs.
Bank 2 (2,4,6,8) plugs all look good. Can anyone help me figure out what’s going on? The car sat all winter with battery shut off. Car isn’t using o2 sensors

Check ALL connections for the affected bank, including grounds.
