Did you bleed the brakes recently, or have a line leaking? This sounds like the ABS module is either bad, or our of "home" due to bleeding or a leak. This isn't related to the PCM, as the BCM controls ABS, and requires a Tech II scanner to diagnose or fix. A bad ABS will cause failure of the traction control as well. Could be a bad wheel sensor too, or even wiring. What has been done to the car and what mainentance has been done recently?
