hard misfire, but no codes

hard misfire, but no codes Car has developed a hard misfire, both at idle and under load.
No codes are showing on my diablo handheld, no flashing ses light.
Fuel pressure is at 57psi under load, 60 psi at idle.
All plug wire's are tight.
It happened the first time a couple of days ago, misfiring was bad, but went away after just a short drive and was totally normal.
it came back with a vengeance today, and is not going away on it's own.
It's getting dark now, so where should I start in the morning?
